幽魂权杖 and 虚灵之刃 completely renders a hero immune to Physical Damage, making Legion Commander unable to do any harm to them, especially during Duels.
天堂之戟's ability to disable the target, in a similar vein to Ghost Scepter, keeps Legion Commander from attacking, preventing her from attacking in a 决斗. Even if the disarm debuff wears off, Heaven's Halberd gives evasion to its wielder, which can still prove useful against her auto-attacks.
林肯法球 can essentially negate the ability to duel the target entirely as it's cooldown time is shorter than that of 决斗's, and Legion Commander must be forced to either pair up with an ally or grab an item to remove the Linken's Sphere's spell block first.
炎阳纹章's additional armor and evasion to its wielder or the one it is cast to helps reduce Legion Commander's chances of winning her 决斗. If the item is cast against her, she could have difficulty fighting even a whole team, as her attacks will have a chance to miss, and her decreased armor will make her more vulnerable to a retaliation from her enemies.
刃甲 can make Legion Commander take more damage than her target.
